Attorney prices

An attorney who specializes in DUIs will charge between $1,000 and $6,000 to represent you in a DUI. An "average" would right arounf $2,000. These costs do not include going to trial where the costs go up significantly. [Poll]

My attorney did all of my court appearances for me (and not much else) so I have nothing to add here.

Attorney didn't do much

While my attorney took care of all of the adminstrative stuff and went to court for me, I don't fell like he did not any good in the final penalties that I got. If I have know what the outcome was going to be, I would have saved the $3,000 and just represented myself.
